Presence In a world addicted to speed, the Aethelgard Verdant demands a pause. This is not a static image; it is a living topography of silence. Rising from the canvas in heavy, sculpted ridges of sage, midnight blue, and alabaster, the artwork captures the chaotic tranquility of a submerged garden or a storm-swept canopy. It does not shout for your attention—it absorbs it, offering a visual anchor that grounds the spirit and transforms the room into a sanctuary of "biophilic calm."

Reclaiming the weight of the physical in a digital age, each Aethelgard piece is a study in "heavy-texture" relief. We trade the flatness of pixels for the visceral reality of impasto. Hand-finished using a proprietary blend of heavy-body acrylics and structural modeling paste, the surface is built layer by layer to achieve a "sculptural relief" that catches the shifting light of your home. The brushwork is fluid and expressionist, rejecting machine perfection in favor of the wabi-sabi beauty of the human hand.

Designed as a vertical monolith, the Aethelgard is architecturally scaled to command vertical space. It functions best as a solitary statement piece in an entryway, or as the grounding focal point of a curated living area. Dominating in restorative greens and blues—harmonizes effortlessly with Japandi timber, raw concrete, or soft linen environments, bringing the "weight of sculpted earth" to the modern interior.

The Craft & Materials

Authenticity is our only standard.

  • 100% Hand-Painted: Every piece is an original creation by our studio artists, not a machine print. We use heavy-body modeling paste and professional-grade acrylics to achieve our signature deep texture.
  • Gallery Canvas: Painted on heavy-duty, kiln-dried cotton canvas that is resistant to sagging.
  • Floating Frames: Our premium L-style frames are made from solid wood (or high-density composite for stability), creating a sophisticated shadow gap between the art and the frame.

Framing Explained

Elevate your art with our signature Floating Frames.

Unlike traditional frames that cover the edge of the painting, our L-Style Floating Frames create a sophisticated gap between the canvas and the frame. This gives the illusion that the artwork is "floating" inside, adding depth and shadow.

  • Option 1: Rolled Canvas: The artwork ships in a tube. You will need to stretch and frame it locally.
  • Option 2: Stretched (Ready to Hang): Gallery-wrapped over pine wood bars. Minimalist and clean.
  • Option 3: Gold Floating Frame (Recommended): The ultimate gallery look. A brushed gold finish that perfectly complements the warm tones of the texture. Arrives ready to hang.

Production & Shipping

Good art cannot be rushed.

Creation & Curing Process (2-3 Weeks):
Every Lura piece is 100% hand-sculpted with heavy texture. To ensure lasting durability, we require 14-21 days for painting, deep-drying, and the essential curing process. This ensures your artwork arrives solid and stable.

The "Lura" Approval:
You are the final curator. Once your piece is ready, we will email you a 4K photo/video of the finished artwork. We only ship after you reply "I love it."

Free Worldwide Shipping:
Once approved, we ship via DHL/FedEx/UPS Express (5-7 business days).

Secure Packaging:
Large artworks are shipped in custom-built wooden crates or reinforced hard tubes to guarantee they arrive in gallery condition.

Returns:
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the artwork arrives damaged, we will replace it immediately.

Care Guide

Built to last a lifetime.

  • Dusting: Gently dust with a soft, dry brush or a feather duster. The texture is durable, but be gentle with the raised peaks.
  • No Liquids: Never use water, glass cleaner, or damp cloths on the canvas surface.
  • Placement: Avoid hanging in direct sunlight for prolonged periods or in high-humidity areas (like bathrooms) to preserve the archival quality.

Custom Sizes & Colors

Need a specific size or color palette?

Since every piece is handmade in our studio, we specialize in Bespoke Commissions.

If you need a custom size to fit a specific wall, or want to adjust the color tones to match your interior (e.g., warmer beige, darker charcoal), we can create a unique piece just for you.
