Refund policy

The Lura Guarantee We want you to feel a deep connection with your art. That is why we offer our signature "Video Approval" step before shipping—ensuring you are 100% satisfied with the texture and details before the piece ever leaves our studio.

30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged or Defective: In the rare event your art arrives damaged, Lura Studio covers 100% of the replacement and shipping costs. Please email us photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Change of Mind: If you wish to return the artwork for personal preference (e.g., size or color does not fit the room), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our nearest return center.

Refund Process

  1. Initiate: Email Support@lurastudio.com with your Order # and reason for return.

  2. Ship: We will provide you with the return address. Please use a trackable shipping service.

  3. Inspect: Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  4. Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Support@lurastudio.com.

Custom Commissions Note: Bespoke/Custom-size orders that are approved via Video Preview are final sale and non-refundable unless damaged in transit.
