The "White Glove" Experience At Lura Studio, we believe the journey of your artwork is as important as its creation. We ship globally via premium carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) to ensure your hand-sculpted piece arrives safely.

Customs Duties & Taxes (DDP Coverage) We strive to provide a transparent experience.

  • We Pay Customs (DDP): For orders shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, France, and Germany, Lura Studio covers 100% of import duties and taxes. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

  • Customer Pays Customs (DDU): For all other destinations, shipments are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid. You may be responsible for local import duties (typically 1%–5% of the value) upon delivery, depending on your country's regulations.

Production Timeline: The Art of Patience Because every Lura piece is 100% hand-sculpted using heavy texture pastes, we adhere to a strict curing process.

  • Creation & Curing: Please allow 2-3 weeks for your artist to sculpt, paint, and fully cure your artwork. This ensures the texture remains solid during transit.

  • Video Approval: Before shipping, we will email you a 4K video of your finished piece. We only ship after you reply "Approved."

Estimated Transit Times (After Approval) Once your artwork leaves our global studio, typical transit times are:

  • USA & Canada: 4-7 Business Days

  • UK & Europe: 5-8 Business Days

  • Australia & NZ: 6-9 Business Days

  • Rest of World: 7-14 Business Days

Note: Large-format artworks (Oversized) are shipped in reinforced wooden crates for extra protection.
