Shipping & Delivery
Every Lura Studio artwork is painted and textured by hand to order. We take care with both the making and the journey, so your piece arrives ready to become part of your space.
Free Shipping, Taxes & Duties Included
Orders delivered to the following countries include free shipping, taxes and duties, with no additional charges on delivery:
- United States
- United Kingdom
- Australia
- France
- Germany
- Belgium
Other Destinations
For other available destinations, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Local import charges may apply. Customs duty alone is often around 1%–5% where applicable.
Production & Artwork Preview
Please allow 7–15 calendar days for your artwork to be completed and prepared for dispatch.
When your artwork is ready, we will send photos or a short video for your review before dispatch. To help us reach you promptly, please provide a phone number that can receive WhatsApp messages where possible.
If we do not hear back, we will follow up using the contact details provided. If we still have not received a response seven days after the first preview, we will carefully prepare and dispatch your artwork to avoid an indefinite delay.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your artwork has been dispatched, estimated transit times are:
- United States & Canada: 4–7 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 5–8 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 6–9 business days
- Other available destinations: 7–14 business days
Tracking details will be sent when your order is on its way.
Protective Packaging
We choose the packaging to suit the size and framing option. All large artworks receive reinforced packaging, and artworks over 40 inches are shipped in reinforced wooden crates for additional protection.
Damage in Transit
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us preferably within 48 hours of delivery. Send your order number together with clear photos or a short video showing the artwork and packaging, and we will help with the next steps.
